Please provide access to the data used to plot the graphs from Recommend Mode. Since you change the scale on the graph each time, it makes it extremely difficult to use the information to compare effect of different watering intervals, etc. The data is already in an accessible file, and would only need to be translated into a text or csv file that could be downloaded. Why not make your device more useful to a broader range of uses?
HI Jacque- First, let me give you some background. The data is sampled in 15 minute intervals. Based on our own plant labratory tests, this is more than sufficient to make a recommendation or monitor diagnosis of plants. The raw data is combined with the latitude of the sample (to correct for the angle of the sun), the weather of the zipcode sample (to correct for an unusually cloudy day), and the USDA cold zone AND heat zone to generate plant recommendations. At present, in the "Plants View", our graphing package resizes all data so it will fit into one browser window. However, in all plant calculations, we do use ALL data collected. I hope this helps you, and thanks for posting! Edith
I'm very interested in seeing if the raw data can be collected as well. I have not purchased yet because I'm not sure how comfortable I am with this device and your interpretation of the data. I'm sure that your guys know far more than I do but I would like to know what readings the device takes. I understand that there is a 15 minute interval between readings but what exact readings are being taken and can I see that information?

Hi Andrew, The current device measures sunlight, air temperature, air moisture and soil moisture. The graphs under "Plant's View" show the raw data from the sensor with appropriate axis labels. Under the graphs you can see the interpreted results (Full sun, Dry soil, Moderate temperature, etc.). We don't publish the raw numbers because they are not meaningful without our site code, which uses instantaneous solar position, local historical climate and current weather to calculate the interpreted results (which are very meaningful). Hope this helps, and thanks for posting! Matt
I will echo other user's need for the raw data. Many of us are very intelligent and perhaps even work within the scientific agricultural community. I will grant you that some of the data needs to be interpreted. I for one would like to interpret the data in my own way.
I teach technology and science and would like to have the data as well. There is an opportunity to market this to the education market as there is a big push now for Science-Technology-Engineering-Math projects. I do plan on using this with Elementary grades, but the data would add even more opportunities for older children.

HI Matthew- I'd love to hear more about how you're using EasyBloom in school. Edith
is there anyway to change the interval of reading? Easy bloom is pretty good, but it would be nice to be able to manipulate the amount of data captured and how the data is utilized.
I would just like to add another voice/vote to the group that desires the option for real, raw, numerical data. I disagree with Matt E. that the numerical data is not meaningful without additional information. Yes, your context is critical for some evaluations, but being able to create your own quantitative index to relate to your own observations is something I think we all do inherently anyway. (Is $3/gallon a lot for gas? I don't need to be a petroleum engineer to have a sense for that.) Most of the time I'm not really even interested in the plant recommendations, but just want to compare the numbers across a range of conditions, times of day/year, etc. (For example, how cold did it get in my house while I was on vacation?) Clearly this data exists, all I'd like to see is an additional option that grants access to it. Maybe an advanced tab in Recommend Mode or something like that?
