Can anyone tell me about this Shrub/tree?
Sure can do, Bill. The Shasta Viburnum (Latin name: Viburnum plicatum forma tomentosum 'Shasta'; common name: Doublefile Viburnum) is shrub that produces large inflorescences of white flowers in late spring and early summer. It can grow to around 6 ft. tall and up to 12 ft. wide. It's a tad more low-growing than the average Viburnum. Like most Viburnums, the Shasta variety does best with full sun or partial shade. Thrives in well-drained soil, but is fairly adaptable in many soil types. They can withstand hard prunings. I hope this is helpful. --Robby
