Hi Rona, That's a valid point. At this time, however, not all firmware upgrade issues are identical and thus are not all resolved using the same method. For all issues whose resolutions can be posted on this forum, I am happy to do so (and have done so with a few issues). Otherwise, I request all inquiries be directed to us via email. The main purpose of this forum is for users to interact with each other (this will be more clear in the future, when we have defined categories). There's no problem with users voicing their frustrations; however, our support staff does not monitor these forums as closely as we monitor our emails.
