Hey Jill...I will definitely add this plant to the backlog of plants to go into our database. I would also like to thank you for saying such kind words. It is always validating to hear that about a project that we here at PlantSense (maker of EasyBloom) have been working so hard on. Thanks again...Robby
Typing "Fireweed" into "enter plant name" shows California Fuschsia, or Hummingbird's Trumpet. The scientific name for Hummingbird Plant is Epilobium canum ssp. angustifolium, similar name but a different plant from the actual Fireweed plant, scientific name Epilobium angustifolium. Could you change this so that asking for "Fireweed", very common as a weed and also a garden plant in the U.S., shows up accurately. At present you don't have Epilobium angustifolium listed. Here are pictures of Fireweed: http://images.google.com/images?client=safari&rls=en&q=fireweed&oe=UTF-8&um=1&ie=UTF-8&ei=lyTISv_9PI2xtgemlJjuDg&sa=X&oi=image_result_group&ct=title&resnum=1

Hey Elizabeth...I will be adding Epilobium angustifolium shortly. As for the California Fuschia, there are actually several subspecies within that that species that are all deemed California Fuschia or Hummingbird's Trumpet as their common names. Is there any reason why you think that the plant in our database would be subsp. angustifolium and not subsp. canum? To me it looks like subsp. canum, but of course I open to hearing your insight into the taxonomy of this species. As always we appreciate your feedback. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you. Cheers...Robby
